We start with the work, not the software
Before anything gets built, we sit with the people who do the work and map how it really happens. If the answer turns out not to be software, we'll tell you, and you keep the map.

We build a prototype you can use
Not a mock-up or a slide deck. A working first version of the tool, built from the map, that your team uses on real work. You'll find things we got wrong, and that's the point.

Then we make it right, together
Three rounds of changes over roughly twelve weeks, agreed up front, so what your team tells us goes straight back into the software. The aim is something people want to use, not just something that works.
