AI Readiness Review

A structured six-week programme that gives your team clarity on where and how to use AI in daily work. We assess your processes, test AI against real tasks, and create practical guidance your team can actually use.

The programme has a dual focus. We examine how AI can improve specific team processes and how it can support individuals in their roles and professional growth. We document where AI works and where it doesn't. This gives leaders the confidence to set clear boundaries alongside clear opportunities.

Your commitment: This programme involves a two-hour opening workshop, focused sessions with your team, a two-week testing period, and a final findings meeting. Individual sessions with subject matter experts typically run 30-60 minutes.

Scope: Designed for teams of up to 12 people with 3-5 core processes. For larger teams or more complex requirements, contact us to discuss a tailored approach.

How it works

Weeks 1-2: Mapping

We start with a two-hour opening workshop to map your processes and working practices. If a full team workshop isn't viable, we work directly with team leaders instead.

We then meet with subject matter experts on each process for 30 to 60 minutes. These sessions map processes in detail and identify where AI works and where it doesn't. We follow up by email between sessions as needed.

Week 3: Review and Planning

We present our findings and suggested approaches to team leaders in a one-hour meeting. They decide which approaches to test. We then meet with subject matter experts to explain the testing process.

Weeks 4-5: Testing

Your team tests the approaches against real work. We check in mid-testing to address any questions, then gather detailed feedback at the end of week 5. During this time, we draft initial guidance on process-specific use and individual development. We then refine this based on testing results.

Week 6: Findings and Closure

We present the complete guidance and recommendations in a final meeting. This typically runs one to two hours.
