AI Confidence Workshop

A three-hour workshop that helps public sector teams decide when and how to use generative AI in daily work.

We focus on the generative AI tools you already have access to. No bespoke builds. No transformation programmes. Just practical use of what's available.

You'll work through real tasks from your organisation, identify where AI adds genuine value, and learn when to avoid it entirely. You leave with an implementation plan, not just ideas.

Scope: Designed for teams of up to 12 people. In-person workshops require a suitable meeting space with screen/projector. Remote sessions are delivered via MS Teams. For larger teams or more complex requirements, contact us to discuss a tailored approach.

How it works

No prior AI experience needed. Whether you're AI-curious or already using tools daily, we start from where your team is now.

Understanding your starting point (45 minutes)

We map how your team currently uses AI. Which tools do people use? What works well? What's holding you back? You'll see where AI helps and where it creates problems. We surface the real concerns people have about using these tools.

10-minute break

Exploring generative AI opportunities (90 minutes)

We examine your team's actual tasks and discuss how AI could handle them. We work through specific examples from your workflows and explore different approaches.

You'll understand what works, what doesn't, and why. We discuss how to frame requests effectively, when AI helps, and where it falls short. You'll see how AI performs with your actual tasks.

10-minute break

Identifying your next steps (25 minutes)

We help you identify practical next steps based on what emerged in the session. You'll develop a framework for deciding when AI is appropriate for a task and when traditional methods work better.

This includes quick wins, risk thresholds, and team protocols. You leave with clear guidance on what to start, what to stop, and what to monitor.

What you get

Pre-workshop questions that help us tailor the session to your team's needs and current AI experience.

A clear framework for deciding when AI helps and when it doesn't.

Implementation steps based on what we discover during the session. Practical actions for your team, not generic advice.
